The Harm Reduction Community Care Project is an initiative funded by the City of Toronto Downtown East Action Plan in response to discarded drug use supplies in the downtown east side neighbourhoods. Four partner agencies including PASAN, Dixon Hall, Regent Park Community Health Centre, and Street Health, are working in collaboration to safely dispose of discarded drug use supplies in Toronto downtown east neighbourhoods to build a safer community for everyone!
